Washing Your Wig
- Wash every 1–2 weeks depending on wear frequency
- Use a sulphate-free shampoo — sulphates strip moisture and cause frizz
- Wash in cool or lukewarm water — never hot
- Gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb before washing, starting from the ends
- Rinse thoroughly and follow with a deep conditioner for 5–10 minutes
Drying
- Never wring or twist the hair — gently squeeze out excess water
- Pat dry with a microfibre towel
- Air dry on a wig stand whenever possible
- If using heat, apply a heat protectant and use low-to-medium settings
Styling
- Our wigs can be straightened, curled, and coloured — they're 100% human hair
- For curly styles (Bouncy Curl, Kinky Curl, Burmese Curl, Deep Wave), use a curl refresher spray and scrunch to revive the pattern
- Avoid sleeping in your wig without a silk or satin bonnet — friction causes tangling and matting
Storing Your Wig
- Store on a wig stand or mannequin head to maintain shape
- Keep away from direct sunlight and humidity
- Use a silk bag for travel or long-term storage
Maintaining the HD Lace
- Remove adhesive gently using isopropyl alcohol or a lace glue remover
- Never pull or tug the lace — it's delicate
- Clean the lace with a soft brush and mild cleanser after each removal
