Return & Refund Policy - Wigs BY Biological

We want you to love your Wigs By Biological purchase. Because our wigs are handcrafted to order using premium raw hair, we handle returns a little differently than typical retailer--please read below.

Unworn, Unaltered items 

If your wig arrives and you haven't worn, cut, colored, or altered it in any way, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. We may request photos confirming unworn condition before approving a return. Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it is intact and in original condition.

Custom & Altered Items

Once a wig has been worn, cut, colored, or customized, it can no longer be resold and is considered final sale. This policy protects the health, safety, and hygiene  standards of all our customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Not sure about length, texture, or color? Contact us before ordering- we're happy to help you find the perfect match so returns aren't necessary in the first place.

How to Start a Return

Email us at wigs-by-biological@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns include a free shipping label, or reimbursement.
