Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any wigs or hair products once they have been delivered.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers, similar to the standards applied to undergarments and personal care items.                                                                                                                                                                                                   Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
