1. General By using our website, you confirm that you are of legal age and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products All products are described as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if pricing errors occur.

4. Returns & Refunds All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Because our wigs are handcrafted to order using premium raw hair, returns are accepted only on unworn, unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. Once a wig has been worn, cut, colored or customized, it is considered final sale. For full details, please review our Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.

5. Shipping We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this site is owned by Wigs By Biological and may not be used without permission.
